Support the Monroe County Fair's Main Street Flag Project

The Paris FFA has been working on a special project behind the scenes, and we're excited to finally share it with you! 
To celebrate America's 250th Birthday and the 2026 Monroe County Fair theme, "Stars, Stripes & Show Rings," we're launching a community beautification project that will leave a lasting impact on downtown Paris. 
Because the Monroe County Fair does not charge admission or livestock entry fees, we're asking those who are willing to help us purchase American flag pole kits and patriotic banner flags that will line Main Street throughout downtown Paris. 
Our goal is to decorate the entire stretch -- from the MFA gas station to the railroad tracks -- with approximately 60 American flags and banners. This display will honor our nation's 250th birthday, showcase our community pride, and provide a patriotic welcome to everyone who visits Monroe County during fair week and for years to come. 
This community project is proudly sponsored by the Monroe County Fair Board, Paris FFA, and Monroe County 4-H. Together, we're investing in something that celebrates our country's history while creating a beautiful display our community can enjoy long after the fair has ended.
