 NECAC Ralls County Service Coordinator Crystal Bliss sorts cereal on the depleted shelves of her food pantry in New London. Donations are always welcomed and may be made by calling Bliss at 573-985-2411 Mondays to Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or visiting the Ralls County Service Center at 411 Main in New London.
